PEDDAPALLI, JANUARY 31, 2024: Satavahana University, University PG College, Godavarikhani, Principal and Physics professor S Ramakanth secured intellectual property rights for his innovation from the University of Hyderabad.
Mr Ramakanth secured patent for his innovation ‘Laser based method to crystallize ferroelectric thin film at sub 300 centrigrade temperatures for tunable microwave devices’. He had designed the innovation with the support of department of science and technology and science and engineering research board (DST-SERB).
He had conducted this research under the guidance of University of Hyderabad professor KC James. On this occasion, the University PG college faculty members Ramesh Reddy, Ajay, Yadaiah, Ravi, Prasad, Savithri, Salma Sultana, Aziz and others congratulated Mr Ramakanth on his achievement.
