Counselling to help SSC students beat exam stress

Adarna seva samithi distributes exam writing pads and pens to students

KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 10, 2024: With the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations scheduled to begin from March 18, the Adarna Seva Samithi has conducted a counselling programme for the students of the Government girls’ high school, Doctors Street, in Karimnagar town on Saturday.

Adarna Seva Samithi president Karre Pavani called upon the students to develop a positive state of mind, developing ‘I can’ attitude can help a great deal to bust the exam stress. “This is not the first time you are writing an exam. Have belief, esteem and confidence in yourself for a positive outcome,” she said.

On the exam day, says Pavani, when you get your question paper, don’t start writing the answers directly. “Read all questions carefully and attempt the ones you know thoroughly first. In the event of time constraint, don’t leave out any question completely, scribble whatever you know about it,” she advised.

On this occasion, the Seva Samithi distributed the writing pads to the students and wished them good luck. Principal Gopala Krishna thanked the noble gesture of Adarna seva samithi for distributing exam writing pads and counselling the students and instilling confidence among them. Teachers and others were also present.
