SGTU plea to CM for strengthening primary education sector

HYDERABAD, JUNE 23, 2024: The Secondary Grade Teachers Union (SGTU) Telangana state leaders K Mahipal Reddy and general secretary A Venkatesham submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to redress the grievances pertaining to the primary education sector in Hyderabad on Sunday.

In a memorandum, the SGTU leaders urged the CM to issue orders by creating 5571 primary schools headmasters and provide promotions through common seniority. They urged the government to promote eligible SGTs as School Assistant (languages) and PETs. They urged the government appoint service persons for the maintenance and cleanliness of the schools, provide justice to the spouse cases of 13 districts affected by the GO 317 and other demands.
