TSTU urges CM to ensure that teachers get salaries on first of every month

HYDERABAD, JUNE 23, 2024: The Telangana State Teachers Union (TSTU) has urged Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to take measures to ensure that all the teachers get their salaries on first of every month. They also urged the government to clear the retirement benefits, GPF, medical bills and other financial issues without any delay.

The TSTU state leaders led by its president Mohd Abdulla and general secretary Chanduri Raji Reddy met the CM in Hyderabad on Sunday and submitted a memorandum. They urged the CM to abolish contributory pension scheme (CPS) and introduce Old pension scheme (OPS). They also reminded about the pending three DA and PRC issues of employees. They also urged the government to provide free electricity to all the government schools.
