
KALESHWARAM, MAY 22, 2025: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has won accolades for providing medical assistance to the RTC bus crew and other personnel deployed for the Saraswathi Pushkaralu along with the devotees at the pushkar ghats at the Kaleshwaram temple shrine in Jayashankar-Bhupalapalli district.
TGSRTC Karimnagar Zonal hospital senior medical officer Dr AV Girisimha Rao, along with a team of doctors and paramedical staff, is providing free medical services to the RTC crew visiting from Karimnagar, Warangal, Adilabad, Khammam, and other regions to the pushkaralu. The medical was inaugurated on May 15 and will continue till the completion of Pushkaralu on May 26.

In the wake of a sudden change in weather with severe heat wave conditions earlier and now with the arrival of the rains, Dr Girisimha Rao said that there was every possibility of gastroenteritis, viral infections and allergies. He informed the people to eat fresh food by washing their hands with soap or sanitiser and advised the people to wear masks.
He also instructed the BP and diabetes patients, visiting the pushkaralu, to continue their medication. He also said that they had deployed adequate medicines for the benefit of patients visiting the pushkaralu and also ambulance services to meet any emergencies.
