TIRUMALA, AUGUST 06, 2026: TTD Additional EO Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary directed all departments to coordinate towards a Successful conduct of the ensuing twin Brahmotsavams in Tirumala, scheduled in the months of September and October, respectively.
A comprehensive review meeting on Brahmotsavam arrangements was held on Thursday at the Sudharma Conference Hall on Thursday.
The Additional EO reviewed preparations along with TTD Joint EO Dr. A. Sharath, CVSO Sri Muralikrishna and Tirupati District SP L Subbarayudu.
During the meeting, the Additional EO issued the following instructions:
Increase the number of RTC buses as required to manage the expected influx of devotees.
Pre-allocate parking areas and implement a dedicated parking operation plan to avoid any parking-related difficulties.
Widely distribute child tags to prevent children from getting separated from their guardians.
Exercise utmost vigilance regarding electrical cables and temporary power arrangements, with continuous monitoring to prevent any hazards.
Make comprehensive arrangements to ensure there is no inconvenience to devotees on high-attendance days such as Garuda Vahanam and Chakrasnanam.
Complete all necessary fire safety measures in advance and ensure readiness of equipment and personnel.
Tirupati JEO informed in the meeting that preparatory discussions with concerned officers have already taken place and several recommendations were provided in Tirupati to cope up with pilgrim footfall on the day of Garuda Seva.
He added that this year, apart from the performing cultural art troupes from 25 Indian states, artistes from Singapore and Germany have also been invited, and arrangements are being made for their participation.
The CVSO and the District SP presented a PowerPoint, outlining security measures to be taken during the mega religious festival.
TTD In‑Charge CE Sri. Manoharam, Deputy EOs Sri. Rajendra and Sri. Bhaskar, CMO Dr. Kusuma Kumari, DFO Sri. Phani Kumar Naidu, Tirumala ASP Sri. Ramakrishna, VGO Sri. Surendra, and other officers from various departments were also present.
