RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, JUNE 19, 2026: An awareness and interactive session was organised at the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Women’s Degree College (TGSWRDC), Vemulawada, with distinguished alumna T. Sirisha as the guest speaker.
After completing her graduation (MSTCS) at the college, Sirisha pursued her Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and is currently working as an AI Analyst at Innodata, a leading software company.
During the session, she interacted with final-year students and shared valuable insights on higher education opportunities, career prospects in the IT sector, essential technical skills, personality development, campus placements, and effective strategies for securing employment. She emphasised that students can achieve great heights by setting clear goals early in life and working towards them with dedication and perseverance.
Coming from a humble background, Sirisha’s father works as an auto driver. Despite financial challenges, she successfully utilised the opportunities provided through Gurukul education and, through her hard work and determination, established herself as an AI Analyst in a reputed software company. Her inspiring journey served as a source of motivation for the students.
The programme was attended by Principal P. S. R. Sharma and Vice Principal K. Lavanya, who congratulated Sirisha on her achievements. The faculty members also extended their best wishes and expressed their gratitude for her guidance and encouragement to the students.
