RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, FEBRUARY 10, 2025: The Government Degree College, Gambhiraopet, Rajanna-Sircilla district, conducted a one-day training programme on ‘Skill Development’ in association with Wipro to help the students to become employable on Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, College Principal V Vijaya Lakshmi said that the objective of this skill development certification scheme was to enable and mobilise the youth to take result-oriented skill training and become employable to earn their livelihood. TASK and Career guidance convenor J Sravan Kumar said that they had imparted one-day training to the final year students on skill development to help them become employable.
Wipro HR Recruiter M Praveen Kumar educated the students on various issues about recruitment including body language, self-introduction interviews, skills and group discussion. Magic Bus Foundation placement officer Tirupati said that the training programme would transform the students to crack jobs after completing their education. Certificates were given to all the participants. Vice Principal Prabhakar, IQAC coordinator Anjaneyulu, faculty members Dharmapuri, Adi Visnhu, V Vani, KV Bikshamaiah, Srinivas, Sucharan, Krishna Prasad, Mahesh, Shailaja, Deepika, Bhargavi and others were also present.
