HYDERABAD, DECEMBER 24, 2024: Christmas celebrations in Sister Nivedita School, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, were held and the school wore a festive look with bells, streamers and a beautifully decked up Christmas tree on Tuesday.
The tiny tots of classes 1 and 2 put up a spectacular show in which the school choir presented carols. The students apprised the audience of the significance of Christmas and the teachings of the Lord Jesus. It was followed by an enthralling Christmas pageant presented by beautifully dressed up students in hues of red, black, green and white.
The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was visible on the faces of the children especially when Santa moved around distributing candies to them. Further, the programme continued with a short skit on the story of Christmas performed by the students, showcasing the birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem. Their innocent acting and heartfelt expressions won the hearts of everyone present. After the skit children sang Carol which was outstanding. In addition, the highlight of the celebration was the surprise visit by Santa Claus, who brought gifts and chocolates for the children. The students were thrilled as they danced and sang along with Santa, making the celebration even more memorable.
The celebration concluded with a message of love, kindness, and sharing, reminding the children of the true spirit of Christmas. The day was filled with laughter, learning, and lots of happiness, creating memories that the little ones will cherish forever. The Christmas celebration by Classes 1 and 2 truly captured the essence of the festival, bringing smiles and spreading joy to all.
Addressing the gathering Principal of the school Dr.T.Lalitha Kumari and Correspondent of the school Rtn.M.Hari Hara Prasad appreciated all the participants and wished everyone A Merry and Happy Christmas. Chairman Dr Sudhakar Rao Polsani also conveyed his warm wishes on the occasion.
