KARIMNAGAR, JUNE 20, 2024: Students of Alphores e-techno school in Kothapalli on the outskirts of Karimnagar town celebrated the World
Refugee day on Thursday by extending solidarity to the refugees.
Speaking on the occasion, Alphores educational institutions chairman V Narender Reddy stressed on the need to assist and collectively welcoming the refugees in upholding the human rights in resolving conflicts so that those forced from their communities can return home peacefully. Appealing the people to provide necessary food and clothing to the refugees, he reminded that the United Nations was providing necessary assistance to the refugees in various countries.
Staging that the school-aged refugees were worst affected as they were denied of education in various countries, he called upon the student community to help the refugees. He said that they had taken up the World Refugee day celebrations to educate the students and empower them about the need to help the society.
