KARIMNAGAR, JUNE 20, 2024: The TGSPSC Group-I examination aspirants have urged Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar to prevail upon the Telangana state government to take measures for the selection of Group-I main exam in 1:100 ratio instead of 1:50 to help them a fair chance in the recruitment of 563 Group-I posts in the state.
The Group-I aspirants of the integrated Karimnagar district have met the Union Minister and submitted a memorandum in this regard on Thursday. The aspirants said that the fixing of ratio of 1:50 selection of candidates for mains would betray several unemployed youth. Reminding that the Kerala state had provided 1:75 for the mains of the Group-I examinations, they urged the Congress government to fulfil its poll promises to resolve the issues pertaining to the unemployed youth.
Stating that the group-I aspirants was reasonable, he assured the youth to take the matter to the notice of the state government and solve the issue of ensuring that the Telangana government fixes 1:100 for the mains examinations.
