
KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 28, 2024: As part of the agitational programmes announced by Telangana Prantha Upadhyay Sangham (TPUS), the teachers associated with the association have submitted memoranda to all the Tahsildars in the Karimnagar district on Monday demanding the government to release pending Dearness Allowance (DA).


Under the guidance of TPUS district president Katta Rajeshwar and general secretary Annamaneni Tirupati Rao, state secretary Ambati Venu Kumar, the teachers associated with TPUS submitted memorandums to the tahsildars in the respective mandals in the district demanding the government to release pending DA immediately.

On this occasion, the TPUS leaders said that they were waiting since last 10 months for the release of DA, PRC and pending bills from the new government, but in vain. They flayed the government for not fulfilling the promises made to the employees and teachers. They said that they would stage a massive dharna at Indira park in Hyderabad on November 23 as part of intensification of agitational programme.
