KARIMNAGAR, JULY 20, 2024: A three-day training programme on ‘Cloud Computing and Data Analytics’ organised by Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Sciences (autonomous), Karimnagar in association with IBM-Edunet Foundation and Telangana Academy of Skill and Knowledge (TASK) concluded on Saturday.
The training programme was organised for the second year CSE stream students under the training of Lakshamana Rao Kota. The JITS is trying to work closely with the industry to make its students to become industry-ready by the time they graduate, said JITS chairman J Sagar Rao and added that the hands on training in cloud computing would help students have better career prospects.
The students had hands on experience in data analytics projects where they worked with small data sets and able to create plots using python. They have gained a feature key of IBM card for year free subscription which costs around $ 80 per hour. They also received certificates and badges which are globally certified. These certificates add much weight to their resumes. Principal KS Rao, Dean Vaishali and other department heads were also present.
