KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 15, 2024: Spirit of freedom pervades the St George International School (CBSE) and Paradise High School in Rekurthi, Karimnagar town, as the students celebrated the 78th Independence Day with patriotic fervour and gaiety on Thursday.
Both the campuses were decked up with Tricolour and the students celebrated the festivities with gusto by participating in colourful cultural programmes showcasing their patriotic fervour.
The students presented a group of songs transmitting the wave of patriotic fervour. They recited poems on national heroes and paid tribute to the freedom fighters. The thematic morning assembly reminded all of the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters for the attainment of India’s independence. Speeches on Independence Day awakened the students about the achievements of a new stronger India. The tiny tots donned the roles of freedom fighters and captivated the audiences.
Chairman P Fatima Reddy hoisted the national flags in both schools and launched the celebrations.CEO Umakanth, principals T Vasantha, Bhargav, Niranjan, vice principals A Madhu and Prasad, incharges Sandhya, Sangeetha, Vanitha, Swapna, Sandhya, and others were also present.
