KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 16, 2024: Shareef Ahmed, a Hindi teacher from Zilla Parishad High School, Mallapur, Thimmapur Mandal, was honoured with the Best Teacher award for his remarkable contributions at the national level.
Dr. S.M. Ahmed, Member of the National Advisory Council for School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India, recognized him as a Best Teacher and Best Resource Person, presenting him with a memento and a Certificate of Appreciation.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Shareef Ahmed created special worksheets to keep students engaged with their education. He developed Hindi content for the DIKSHA portal, provided digital support to fellow teachers, and designed digital content for Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs). Additionally, he produced Hindi video lessons and launched a YouTube channel for students.
He also made significant contributions to the design of learning outcomes modules and the Learning Enhancement Program (Unnati), specifically crafting modules for Class X. As a member of the Continuous Professional Development Program, Shareef Ahmed supported Hindi teachers across the districts, introducing innovative and simplified methods for Hindi language teaching.
In recognition of these exceptional services, Shareef Ahmed was honored as a Best Teacher and Resource Person at the national level. The school’s Headmistress, P. Umarani, along with Satyanarayana, Chakradhar, Syed Shafiq, Srinivas Reddy, Rajesham, Lalitha, and the students, congratulated him on this prestigious achievement.
