KARIMNAGAR, AUGUST 14, 2024: Students of Achievers Active High School, Kothirampur, Karimnagar town participated in the on the spot painting competition on Indian freedom struggle and patriotism on the eve of Independence Day celebrations on Wednesday.
The students captivated with their thought-provoking paintings on India and its freedom struggle. They ignited the spirit of patriotism by drawing the pictures of freedom fighters including Mahatma Gandhi, Pandit Nehru, Subhash Chandra Bose and the significance of ‘Unity in Diversity’. The children had designed posters explaining the freedom from the clutches of British rule. The prizes would be given to the winners on Independence Day.
School Director Ch Venkateshwarlu said that the painting competitions were organised to promote patriotism among the students and enlighten them about the importance of Independence Day celebrations. Principal Ch Pallavi and others were also present.
