RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, SEPTEMBER 22, 2026: The National Service Scheme unit of Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College for Women in Shatrajupalli, Vemulawada, organised a medical camp for the benefit of students on Tuesday.
A medical team from Hanumajipet PHC visited the college and conducted health check-ups for the students. The team included Dr. Madhu Pravachini, MLHP; Dr. P. Aishwarya, MLHP; G. Lalitha, ANM; and Ch. Kavitha, ASHA.
During the medical camp, the health condition of the students was examined, and necessary medicines were distributed according to their health requirements. The medical team also created awareness among the students about health care, nutritious food, prevention of anaemia, personal hygiene, and other important health-related aspects.
College Principal P. S. R. Sharma, Vice Principal K. Lavanya, NSS Programme Officer V. Swapna, NSS Council Members S. Sandhya Rani, R. Deepthi and G. Swapna, and Health Supervisor P. Sumalatha participated in the programme.
