KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 24, 2025: Malka Komuraiah, BJP MLC candidate from the Teachers Constituency of Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Adilabad and Medak districts, has intensified his electioneering in the erstwhile Karimnagar on Friday.
Mr Komuraiah interacted with the Telangana Prantha Upadhyaya Sangham (TPUS) Karimnagar district unit in Karimnagar town. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the Teachers play a responsible role in the transformation of future generations. He reminded that he had grown to this level only because of the guidance given by the teachers. He said that the Teachers could allocate their precious time for the teaching if they do not have any issues to be resolved.
He said that he would strive to resolve the teachers’ issues and appealed to them to focus on the transformation of the future generation. Stating that the people of the Telangana state were paying 3 per cent of taxes for education, he charged that the government was not allocating the required funds for the education sector.
He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had bought the New Education Policy (NEP) to change the educational scenario and resolve the teachers’ issues. Appealing the teachers to elect him as the MLC from the Teachers’ constituency, he assured to resolve all their pending issues.
Reminding that the former MLCs from the Teachers’ constituency were non-locals and could not accord priority for resolving the teachers’ issues, he appealed to the TPUS members and other teachers’ unions to elect him as MLC and promised to solve all their pending problems.
The TPUS leaders said that the vote for MLC Komuraiah is nothing but a vote for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. TPUS district president Katta Rajeshwar, general secretary Annamaneni Tirupati Rao, state secretary Ambati Venu Kumar and others were also present.
The BJP MLA contestant also met PRTU former general secretary Laxma Reddy and TPUS founder and retired MEO N Manohar Rao and sought their support in the elections.
