HANAMKONDA, MAY 14, 2026: Parent-Student-Teacher Meeting Held at Kakatiya Government College (Autonomous), Hanumakonda, under ‘Education Week’ Initiative of Government of Telangana on Thursday.
As part of the EDUCATION WEEK UNDER PRAJA PALANA PRAGATHI PRANALIKA initiative of the Government of Telangana and the Commissioner of Collegiate Education (CCE), TS, Hyderabad, Kakatiya Government College (Autonomous), Hanumakonda, organised a Parent-Student-Teacher Meeting in the college Seminar Hall today at 12:00 PM.
The meeting witnessed enthusiastic participation of students accompanied by their parents. The programme commenced with a warm welcome address by N. Ramesh Chandra Srikanth, who outlined the objectives of the Parent-Teacher Meeting and emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts in student development.
Prof. G. Srinivas, Principal of the college, presented a detailed report highlighting the institution’s achievements and facilities. He informed the gathering about the various AEDP courses, state-of-the-art infrastructure, TSKC and Placement Cell, SWAYAM MOOCs platforms, active NCC & NSS units, department-specific certificate courses, and a vibrant range of co-curricular activities.
Smt. K. Rajanilatha, Vice Principal; Prof. Rajashekhar; Prof. Srinath, IQAC Coordinator; and Sri M. Ravi Kumar, Staff Secretary, delivered inspiring messages and shared their valuable insights on holistic student growth.
Faculty members actively interacted with parents and students, providing detailed information on academic facilities, internship opportunities, and placement support offered through the TSKC and the college Placement Cell.
Parents expressed their appreciation for the college’s initiatives and commended the Principal and faculty for their dedicated efforts towards the holistic development of students. In a heartfelt gesture, the Principal, Vice Principals, IQAC Coordinator, Staff Secretary, and all faculty members felicitated the parents for their valuable feedback and constructive suggestions.
The programme concluded with a guided tour of the college facilities, including the English Language Lab (ELL), TSKC, subject laboratories, and the Library, led by the Principal and faculty members. Principal Prof. G. Srinivas extended gracious hospitality by hosting a nice reception for all parents, who expressed immense satisfaction with the institution’s commitment and care.
The event was graced by the presence of all faculty members and students, making it a memorable occasion.
