SIDDIPET, MAY 14, 2026: As part of the ongoing Praja Palana Pragathi Pranalika Educational Week celebrations, the fourth day programmes were conducted successfully at Government Degree College Siddipet (Autonomous). A Health Camp was organised on the occasion, which was inaugurated by DM&HO Dr. Dhanaraj. Doctors from the Gynaecology, ophthalmologists, and dentists and other paramedical staff conducted health check-ups for students. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Rohini.
Later, a Parent–Teacher Meeting was organised under the coordination of Academic Coordinator Pitla Dasu. Addressing the parents, Principal Prof. G. Sunitha explained the facilities available in the college, various academic courses, student progress, and career opportunities.
An exhibition showcasing students’ achievements in various fields and research projects was organised under the guidance of IQAC Coordinator C.H. Madhusudhan. The exhibition was inaugurated by former Principal Srinivas Reddy. Parents and guests visited the stalls and appreciated the innovative projects presented by the students.
An Alumni Association meeting was also conducted as part of the programme. Additional DCP Narasimha Reddy attended the event and assured support for the development and welfare of the students studying in the college.
