GDC women Gajwel signs MoU with Magic Bus Foundation to help students in placements

GAJWEL, JANUARY 06, 2025: The Government Degree College for Women, Gajwel, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Magic Bus India Foundation, an NGO which aims to help children and youth become socially and economically empowered.

At a programme organised on the college premises, College Principal Anitha Abraham signed a MoU with Magic Foundation of India. The Memorandum of Understanding stands between the placement cell of the college and the Magic Bus India Foundation.

According to the principal, the MoU is made accessible to students to have career talk, to train up students in employability skills, life skills, and soft skills and also offers certificate courses and placements in various companies. Placement Officer Shobha Rani said the Magic Bus Foundation is going to conduct an orientation programmer in January to create awareness of certificate courses available in their portal.

Resource person from Magic Bus India foundation Rohini, Vice principals Kamala Christiana and P Srilatha, IQAC coordinator M.M Laxmi, Academic coordinator Jaya Raju, office superintendent Sri Ramesh and others were also present.
