HYDERABAD, NOVEMBER 03, 2026: The Department of Post has decided to hold a Dak Adalat for settlement of complaints and grievances relating to postal services, to be conducted through virtual mode (online) by the Postmaster General, Headquarters Region, Hyderabad, on November 6, 2026 at 11 am.
Complaints and Grievances of the public relating to the services of India Post from the Districts of Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Sangareddy, Medak, Vikarabad and Siddipet may be sent to Shri R. Satyanarayana, Assistant Director of Postal Services – II, Office Postmaster General, Headquarters Region, Jama-I-Osmania Post Office Building, Hyderabad – 500 007 on or before 04.11.2026. The letters should be written neatly in an understandable manner, and the envelope should be super-scribed with the words “REGIONAL LEVEL DAK ADALAT” on the outer cover invariably.
The complainants may also submit their grievance online by way of e-mail: dakadalathqrhyd@gmail.com duly indicating “DAK ADALAT COMPLAINT” as the first line in the body of the e-mail/or the subject, so as to reach this office on or before 04.11.2026. However, the complainant should opt for any one mode of submission of the complaint only, either through physical post or email. The complainants are requested to intimate their mobile number/email id/address for communication along with their complaint invariably.
