All set for NEET exam in Karimnagar on May 5

KARIMNAGAR, MAY 03, 2024: A total of 3,540 students would be writing the NEET (National eligibility cum entrance test) for admissions into MBBS, BDS and other undergraduate medical courses at various examination centres in and around Karimnagar town on May 5, 2024 (Sunday).

NEET Karimnagar City Coordinator and Vivekananda Residential School (CBSE) Academic Director T Lalitha Kumar said that a total of 828 candidates would write their exam at VRS Jagtial road in Karimnagar town, 792 students at Vivekananda Degree and PG college in Karimnagar twon, 480 students in Government women’s degree college in Karimnagar, 720 students at Sri Chaitanya institute of technology and sciences at Thimmapur on the outskirts of Karimnagar town and another 720 students at Vaageshwari college of engineering in Thimmapur on Hyderabad road.

The examination would be conducted on Sunday from 2 pm to 5.20 pm. The students were informed to visit the centre well in advance along with their admit card. The students would be allowed into the centre from 11 am onwards. The students would not be allowed into the centre if they are late by one minute also.

The students should carry admit card along with pasted passport size photo, transparent water bottle, individual identity cards such as Aadhar card, voter ID etc. They would not allow mobile phones and other electronic gadgets and students visiting the centre with shoes and high heels chappals and sandals.

The Karimnagar NEET coordinator said that they were making all arrangements for the students at the centre in coordination with the district administration and police authorities.
