RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, SEPTEMBER 09, 2024: As per the instructions of the state government to take up development of Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy devasthanam in Vemulawada temple town, Government Whip and Vemulawada legislator Adi Srinivas and other officials visited the Sringeri Sharada peetam in Karnatataka state on Monday.
Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy had announced Rs 50 crore for the development of the ancient temple shrine and promised to allocate more funds for its development and informed the authorities to seek the suggestions of Shringeri peetam for the modernization of the temple.
Accordingly, the government whip along with Telangana CMO OSD Srinivasulu, Vemulawada temple EO Vinod Reddy, endowments department stapati Valli Nayagam, Shringeri peetam Telangana incharge Radhakrishna, temple priests Namilikonda Umesh Sharma and Chandragiri Sharath Sharma, EE Rajesh, DE Raghunandhan visited the Shringeri peetam.
