

KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 04, 2025: Vivekananda Residential School (CBSE) in Karimnagar town organized a vibrant special assembly to celebrate the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, bringing together students, teachers, and dignitaries in a grand cultural showcase on Friday.

The event commenced with a soulful prayer, invoking Lord Rama’s blessings, followed by a heartfelt song on Ram Navami sung by the school choir, filling the atmosphere with devotion. The tiny tots came dressed up in traditional attire. A mesmerizing dance performance by Lava and Kusha stole the hearts of the audience as they beautifully depicted the childhood journey of Lord Rama, symbolizing devotion, discipline, and courage.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Renuka Balivada emphasized the importance of Ram Navami, stating, “This festival teaches us the values of respect, duty, honesty, and righteousness. Let us strive to uphold these virtues in our daily lives.” She laid emphasis on the importance of ‘Karma’ in our lives. She advised everyone to follow the path of truth and honesty. She shared many incidents with students, depicting various phases of Lord Rama’s life. Celebrations filled the atmosphere with the spirit of devotion and love for Lord Rama.
The event witnessed the presence of distinguished guests, including Advisor to the Managing Committee, Gandra Laxman Rao, who commended the students for their enthusiastic participation and encouraged them to uphold the values of unity and respect.
Chairman Dr Sudhakar Rao Polasani and Director (Academics) Dr T Lalitha Kumari extended their festive greetings, wishing everyone peace and prosperity on Ram Navami. They emphasized the school’s commitment to embracing traditions while striving for academic and personal excellence. The celebration concluded on a joyous note, leaving the audience with a deep sense of cultural pride and unity.
