KARIMNAGAR, MAY 20, 2024: Officials have Anti-Corruption Bureau have arrested Kamalapur Tahsildar Madhavi and Dharani operator Rakesh for demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 5,000 in the tahsildar office in the integrated Karimnagar district on Monday.
ACB source said that Kamalapur tahsildar Madhavi has demanded a brine of Rs 30,000 from a complainant Gopal for settling land registration of ‘virasat’. The ACB officials have caught the Dharani operator Rakesh while accepting the bribe amount of Rs 5,000. The ACB officials have arrested the tahsildar and Dharani operator.
