KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 09, 2025: The Telangana Cooperative Central Bank Employees Association, Karimnagar chapter, has urged Karimnagar DCCB chairman and NAFSCOB Chairman Konduru Ravinder Rao to allocate funds for the Employees welfare fund of the bank from the profits earned by the bank.
The Association Karimnagar district president G Hanumantha Rao, general secretary T Raju and others submitted a memorandum to the bank Chairman Ravinder Rao at a meeting organised to celebrate the Karimnagar DCCB earning gross profits of Rs 119 crore during the financial year 2024-25 and emerging as a role model bank in the country on Tuesday.
Appreciating the bank chairman, CEO N Satyanarayana Rao and other bank officials for making strides in the cooperative sector bank by adopting innovative practices and good governance, the association leaders said that the bank, which was not a position to pay salaries to the employees due to the accumulated losses to the tune of Rs 70 crore in the year 2005, has now earned profits of over Rs 119 crore and become a role model cooperative bank in the county. They said that the employees also worked hard to achieve the goals set by the management and did business of over Rs 7,200 crore.
Accordingly, the employees’ association leaders urged the management to provide funds for the Employees’ welfare fund from the profits of the bank. Similarly, they also urged the management to provide Rs 15,000 each for two children of bank employees per annum for their education. They also urged the management to implement the National Pension Scheme for the employees of KDCCB.
