KARIMNAGAR, MAY 29, 2024: The Telangana State Cooperative Bank Employees Association, Karimnagar unit, has urged DCCB chairman Mr Konduru Ravinder Rao to provide an incentive pay of 91 days wages (bonus) for the outstanding performance of the bank and earning profits to the tune of Rs 53 crore during the financial year 2023-24.
Accordingly, the association leaders led by its district president G Hanumantha Rao, State deputy general secretary B Praveen Kumar, District Vice presidents Shyam Sundar and Rahim, EC members T Raju and N Abhilash have submitted a memorandum to the Karimnagar DCCB chairman in his chambers in Karimnagar town on Wednesday.
The employees’ union leaders said that the employees of Karimnagar DCCB were striving hard for the progress of the bank on all fronts and earning profits. Besides, the employees’ efforts had enabled the bank to consecutively win NAFSCOB and other awards at national level and emerged as a role model in the country. Hence, the employees urged the chairman to give more incentive to encourage the staff and encourage them. They also assured to continue to work with the same spirit and increase the business of the bank and further earn more profits to the bank and also strengthen the cooperatives in the district.
