KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 01, 2026: The Director of School Education, Dr E Naveen Nicolas, has launched a new initiative of felicitating the retiring Government Headmasters and Teachers with an appreciation letter for their outstanding services in the School Education department.
The initiative of distribution of letters of Commendation for outstanding service rendered in the Department of School Education was launched recently in Telangana. The appreciation letter signed by the Director of School, Dr Nicolas, would be distributed to the retiring Headmasters and teachers of all government schools, ZPHS and MPPS in the Telangana state.
The commendation letter appreciates the services of the teachers for nurturing the future generation and the guidance provided to the students during their tenure as teachers. It is really a novel way of bidding farewell to the retiring teachers, said the teachers, and welcomed the initiative of DSE as the certificate would remain forever for their service to the education department and the transformation of future generations.
Rajanna-Sircilla District Gazetted Headmasters Association president J Anuradha appreciated the novel initiative taken up by the Director of School Education to felicitate the retiring teachers with dignity and issue an appreciation certificate for their relentless service to society. It is really a warm and memorable farewell to the retiring teachers with an appreciation letter by the department of education where they served all these years of service, she added.
