KARIMNAGAR, NOVEMBER 16, 2024: On the occasion of National Press Day, students of Alphores e-techno school, Kothapalli, Karimnagar, as part of school’s industrial education programme visited the Eenadu publication centre at Alugunur in Karimnagar town on Saturday.
This educational visit aimed at providing them an opportunity to understand the process of printing and to explore the world of journalism and print media. The students were given a tour of the printing press by the Eenadu staff, who guided them through the complex process of producing a newspaper. The students were particularly interested in the massive printing press.
The students got an opportunity to see the latest machinery used in the process of producing newspapers. They also learned about the different types of inks used in printing, their composition and the role they played in the final product. The visit ended with a session where the students asked questions to get a deeper understanding of all that they had observed. This experience left a lasting impression on young minds as they understood and appreciated the role of print media in shaping society.
