KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 08, 2025: Various sports events and dance competitions were organised by Paradise High School, Rekurthi, Karimnagar town, for the parents of the students to mark the parents’ day celebrated on the school premises, on Saturday.
The sports meet for the parents was formally inaugurated by Kothapalli Sub-Inspector of Police Samba Murthy. On this occasion, he extended a warm welcome to all the parents. He also the parents to be their wards role model to excel in life.
School Chairman P Fatima Reddy appreciated the efforts of the parents who have taken the initiative to participate in the games and in a way exhorted their kids to do the same in future. “The participation of parents will boost the morale of their children and will be enthused to participate in different sports activities,” he added.
Various sports events such as fun games and dance competitions were also conducted wherein the parents danced along with their wards to the applause and cheers. The parents and children were awarded prizes by the Chairman and Principal of the school.
Special guests Preethi Rao and Priyanka Rao have enlightened the parents on various issues about the parenting and guiding their wards properly. Congratulating the parents of the wards, they said that the parents have paved the way for their children to learn from them and prove their mettle in the field of sports and academics.
Children learn best by example and the participation of parents proved to be a befitting example for the children to participate in sports activities in and out of the school,” they stated. Academic CEO Umakanth, Principal T Vasantha, Vice Principal A Madhu, teaching faculty and students were also present.
