KARIMNAGAR, JANUARY 12, 2025: Colourful rangoli patterns made with a variety of materials such as different colours, flower petals, fruits, seeds, dry rice, leaves etc as part of the Rangoli competitions conducted by the Alliance Club International District 137-A at Achievers Active High School Kothi Rampur in Karimnagar town on Sunday.
Women employees, housewives and girls students took an active part in the rangoli competitions to show their skill in drawing impressive and colourful patterns on the ground. The event was inaugurated by chief guests Dr Elagandula Srinivas, Lions Club leader Kola Annareddy, Alle Galipelli Nageshwar, and Alliance Club International District Governor Chermala Venkateshwarlu. On this occasion, they explained the importance of Sankranthi festivities including Bhogi, Sankranti, and Kanuma.
The colourful and artistic rangoli designs created by women captured the festive spirit and attracted everyone’s attention. Prizes were distributed to the winners, with First, Second, and Third prizes, and all participants were given mementoes as a token of appreciation. The event was graced by Achievers School Chermala Pallavi, school staff, and Alliance Club members including Chikoti Srinivas Gandhi, Konjarla Mahesh, S.L.V.M.S.M. Prasad, M. Vidya Sagar Reddy, Somarapu Venkateshwarlu, Pullala Shyam, and Panduga Nagaraju.
