RAJANNA-SIRCILLA, APRIL 17, 2025: Department of Commerce of the Government Degree College, Sircilla, Rajanna-Sircilla district, in association with the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad, conducted a one-day workshop on Research Methodology and Project Work in a virtual mode on Thursday.
College Principal T Shankar gave presidential remarks, and the convenor of the workshop, T Lavanya, welcomed the guests. Chief guest of the workshop, Professor S Sreenivasa Murthy, Director IPE, and NLC chair professor of CSR and Professor Ramakrishna Yelamanchili from IPE, is the resource person. The workshop has been conducted for B.Com (CA) VI semester students as a part of their curriculum.
Prof Ramakrishnan enlightened the students on why Research and project work are important and how they can explore research in various fields economics, demographics,s marketing etc., Through research, he focuses on finding solutions to various problems. The IPE director said that they are collaborating on MoUs with various colleges to help students from different places and sharing of knowledge. A Prasad, Y. Narsaiah and other faculty members and students attended this programme.
