KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 28, 2023: Students of Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College for Women, Sircilla, located in Shatjarpalli village of Vemulawada mandal, observed the Wildlife Conservation Week on Saturday.
They were sensitised through various activities about the need for wildlife conservation and the conservation of forests. As a part of the Celebrations, students made footprint posters of endangered animals, Route maps of National parks and biodiversity hotspots, Posters of Central government wildlife projects, Apiculture box models etc. Vice Principal K Lavanya, Head, Zoology department K Anusha, N Lavanya and other faculty participated in the celebrations.
