

KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 29, 2024: Â Satavahana University Vice Chancellor Prof U Umesh Kumar congratulated the GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) and NIPER (National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research) rankers of SU Pharmacy College, according to University Assistant Registrar Y Kishore here on Tuesday.
The VC handed over two laptops to the two top students Y Sneha and G Nandini. Among the two, one laptop is gifted by Ramesh Nampelly, Head of Palo Alto Networks, the largest Cyber security firm in the world. He is a native of Jillellagadda village of Husnabad Mandal and an academic junior of University Assistant Registrar Y Kishore. The second laptop was gifted by a senior to Y Kishore, Lenkala Sujatha Devi in memory of her parents Malleshwari Devi and Narayana Reddy who breathed their last during the Covid pandemic.
In addition, two more students M Saikiran and B Pallavi, altogether four students, were rewarded with a cash prize of Rs 10,000 each by the University. The VC appreciated the students for bringing laurels to the University and wished them a success to reach new heights in future endeavours. The VC further lauded Assistant Registrar, Y Kishore for his invaluable contribution in mobilising philanthropist friends to donate laptops and encourage the students for the past few years. College Principal Dr K Srisailam and Faculty member P Kranthi Raju and teaching and nonteaching staff were also present.
