HYDERABAD, SEPTEMBER 04, 2024: The New Government Degree College for Women, Golkonda, Hyderabad, in association with SAFAL (Skills Academy for Advancement of Livelihoods) and NIESBUD (National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development) conducted a two-day workshop on Entrepreneurship Awareness programme to empower and enable the students on various entrepreneur skills for their self-employment on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The programme was chaired by Principal T Sree Lakshmi, Commerce HoD N Jaishree, faculty members Ali, Mumtaz, representatives from NIESBUD Arun, Naseer Siddique and others enlightened the students about various entrepreneurship skills, marketing research, financial assistance from banks etc.
The students were empowered on how to start a business and market their product and reap riches by setting goals. The principal informed the students to become job-givers instead of job-seekers by turning into entrepreneurs.
