NIRMAL, NOVEMBER 23, 2024: Telangana Recognised Schools Management Association (TRSMA) state Chief Advisor Yadagiri Shekhar Rao has intensified his electioneering by conducting a whirlwind tour of Khanapur mandal by interacting with morning walkers and also visiting various private and government schools on Saturday.
Mr Shekhar Rao, the former TRSMA state president, who has announced to contest the MLC elections from the Karimnagar Graduates Constituency, has visited Badanakurthi, Khanapur, Pembi, Kadem, Dasturabad and other villages and interacted with graduates seeking their votes.
Expressing concern over the non-availability of a government degree college in Khanapur mandal, he promised to strive for the setting up of a government degree college in the mandal and ensure that the students pursue their higher education. Assuring to strive for the release of fee reimbursement for all the private educational institutions, he promised to ensure that there was a playground in the Khanapur mandal and encourage sports among the youth.
He assured to strive for the upgradation of existing 50-bedded hospital into 100-bedded hospital in Khanapur mandal headquarters. On the irrigation front, he said that he would take measures for the revival of the Sadarmath reservoir and provide irrigation sources to farmers. He promised to take up road widening works in Khanapur to ease traffic congestion. He also said that he would strive to construct new buildings for the government offices, which are presently housed in dilapidated condition.
He said that he would take measures to provide all amenities at the weekly shandies in Khanapur town. Expressing concern over poor amenities at the double-bedroom housing complex, he said that he would strive to solve their problems. TRSMA district general secretary Padala Prabhakar, Khanapur division president Puppala Mallesh, Khanapur general secretary Adluri Vidyalatha, treasurer Gajula Rajanna, district advisors Bandapari Manohar Swamy and Madhira Srinivas, assistant secretary Baka Nagamouli, Gadapala Subash, Vineetha, Venkatesh, Gandla Srinivas and others were also present.
