
KARIMNAGAR, FEBRUARY 11, 2025: Telangana State 6A Temples Association JAC co-chairman Upadyayula Chandrashekhar on Tuesday condemned the alleged attack on Chilkur Balaji temple priest CS Rangarajan on Monday morning.
In a statement here, JAC co-convenor and TNGOs state EC member Mr Chandrashekhar stated that a person, who founded the Rama Rajyam Organisation and self-claimed descendent of Ishwaku clan and native of East Godavari district, had demanded Rangarajan for the collection of donations for Rama Rajyam. When the Chilkur temple priest refused to do so, the accused attacked him causing injuries.

Condemning the attack on the priest, the JAC con-convenor demanded the government take stern action against the accused persons. He said that the priests lead a disciplined life and serve God and for the promotion of dharma samsthanam.
