
KARIMNAGAR, JUNE 10, 2025: The 42-day Technical Teachers Certificate (TTC) summer training course conducted at Government High School, Dhangarwadi, Mankammathota, Karimnagar, concluded on Tuesday.
The course, organised by the Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), aimed to train candidates for teaching technical subjects such as tailoring, drawing, embroidery, paintings, art and craft, etc. A total of 769 candidates had completed the 42-day training and received certificates from Collector Pamela Satpathy.

On this occasion, the candidates, who underwent training, had organised an exhibition displaying their artwork and creativity in various trades they had undergone training. The Collector was impressed with the artefacts designed by the candidates and appreciated them.
Speaking on the occasion, the Collector said that vocational education and training, when integrated with traditional education, significantly benefits students by enhancing their skills, knowledge, and employability. This approach equips students with practical, industry-relevant skills, improving their chances of securing employment and earning a living.
The Collector said that the training in various trades focuses on hands-on learning, enabling students to acquire specific skills and knowledge for their chosen field.
The practical focus of vocational education increases students’ employability by preparing them for real-world job requirements. Vocational training can lead to a higher demand for skilled workers, making graduates more competitive and secure in the job market, she stated.
