JAGTIAL, SEPTEMBER 25, 2024: The Government Degree College for Women, Jagtial, conducted an orientation programme on Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) for the benefit of students on Wednesday.
Principal K Ramakrishna formally inaugurated the session and spoke about the importance of TASK for transforming the students to become employable along with the completion of their graduation courses. He informed the students to register with the TASK to upgrade their skills and secure employment as soon as they complete their education.
TASK Regional Manager Ganga Prasad explained about the present educational scenario and the industry-academic gap and the scope of the TASK. He also covered the areas and skill benefits provided by the TASK – education, entrepreneurship and employability. Finally the session concluded with the placements and internships opportunities. The session was an interactive and students participated enthusiastically. TSKC coordinator G Neeraja, mentor G Tirupati and faculty members N Sangeetha Rani, G Srilatha, B Sujathan, A Laxma, B Naresh, Mahender Reddy and others were also present.
