HYDERABAD, FEBRUARY 07, 2025: Students of various degree colleges of the Telangana state have captivated the audience with their hidden talent by participating in various competitions conducted by Dhruva College of management as part of 23rd edition of Muqabala-2025 in Medchal, Hyderabad on Thursday and Friday.
“Muqabla 2025,” an All India Undergraduate Students’ Festival, provided a platform for students to showcase their talents beyond academics, fostering holistic development. Participants competed in a variety of cultural and academic competitions, with the opportunity to win exciting prizes.
The winners of various competitions include; Dance Solo: Varun Dora (Siva Sivani Degree college), Akash (GDC Khairatabad) and R Vaishnavi (Little Flower Degree college); Photography: D Aravind (Bhavan’s Vivekananda Degree College), L Nandita (St Anthony’s Degree College for women) and Sai Lakshmi (Avinash College of Commerce).
Mendhi competition: Bushra Tamkeen (St Anthony’s degree college, Sangareddy), Nidha Fatima (St Paul’s Degree College) and Asra (St Anthony’s Degree College, Sangareddy).
Elocution competitions: Sanchi Agarwal (Bhavans Vivekananda Degree College), Mohit V (Avinash College of Commerce) and Antima Sharma (Bhavans Vivekananda Degree College).
All-Indian best UG students: Sanchi Agarwal and Satya Tarun (Bhavans Vivekananda degree college).
Quiz competition: Mohammed Saifuddin and SM Muneer Ali (Padala Rama Peddi Law College), Bandi Pawan Kumar and Rachakula Amruth Josh (KBN college) and R Chandrahas and Sashank Goud (MLRIT).
Group Dance: Sandeep, Bhavani, Hansika and Manasa (first prize) and Kavya Sree, Voshmitha, Snigdha, Charan, Mahathi and Rajeshwari (second prize) from Bhavans Vivekananda degree college, and Lohitha, Mukul Meghamsh, Deepika and Dinesh Yadav (third prize) from Anurag University.
Singing Solo: M Kaushik (MLRIT), B Jhansi Rani (Prathiba Degree College) and Sai Sandeep (MLRIT). Poster-Making: MV Sri Varshini (SR University), R Amruth (KBN College) and Shreya (Shiva Shivani Degree college).

The festival concluded with a grand valedictory ceremony on February 7th, celebrating the exceptional talents of students from across the country. Events included Dance, Singing, Quiz, Photography, Essay Writing, and more. Celebrity guests such as actor Ravi Varma, director Vishwa Karun, music director Suresh Bobbilee, and choreographer Jithu Master inspired attendees with their performances and insights. The festival also recognized the recipient of the Best UG Award for outstanding student participation.
