KARIMNAGAR, SEPTEMBER 06, 2024: As part of ongoing Nutrition Week Celebrations from September 1 to 7, students of Zoology department of Government Degree College for Women in Karimnagar organised a food stall educating the importance of healthy diet in our lives on Friday.
Students made a variety of nutritious salads, breads with fresh vegetables, lean proteins, fruits and other ingredients. The taste of salads ranged from savory, sweet and spicy. They also gave valuable tips on balanced diet and healthy eating.
Principal D Varalakshmi congratulated students and Zoology department for organizing food stall and educating the students on the importance of healthy diet. Vice principal Masroor Sultana, faculty members J Anitha, Y Narayana, Ch Ramya, K Mounika and others were also present.
