MANTHANI, NOVEMBER 01, 2026: Head of Avadhoota Datta Peetham Sri Ganapathi Sachchidananda Swamy has said that God is omnipresent and will see devotees and fulfil their wishes which are unselfish and reasonable.
Following an invitation by Minister for IT and Industries Duddilla Sridhar Babu, the Swamiji visited the Dhanwada village in Kataram mandal of Jayashankar Bhupalapalli district and Manthani in Peddapalli district on Sunday. Minister Sridhar Babu welcomed the Swamiji at the helipad and accompanied him. After reaching the Minister’s residence, the Swamiji participated in the Mahapurnahuti Yajna held for the welfare of the people at the Dattatreya Swamy Temple in Dhanwada.

Swamiji said that God is present in our hearts. It is explained that we worship God with flowers and make offerings, and the Lord takes the subtle form of the offering made with devotion. He said that the Lord does not need victory, but will give victory to the devotees who believe in Him. It is advised to consider God as a family member and worship Him wholeheartedly. There should be selflessness and reasonableness in asking for wishes. He said that man should not lose faith in God under any circumstances and should move forward by following Dharma.
After the programme at Dhanwada, Swamiji reached Manthani by road. He addressed the devotees from different parts of the country at the Sivakiran Gardens. With the arrival of Swamiji, the entire Manthani region got a spiritual glow. A large number of devotees visited the temple and sought the blessings of the presiding deity.
Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu spoke emotionally on Swami’s entry into Manthani and the Dhanwada area. “We have to wait for so many years to get a chance to see the Lord. It is also a great fortune to get the opportunity to receive the divine blessings of Swami for a moment or two. For the last two to three years, my mother Jayashree, my wife and family members have been visiting this place to seek the blessings of the Lord. The result of so many days of waiting has come today, “he said. The Minister said that after the establishment of Dattatreya Swami Temple in Dhanvada, it was a great privilege for the Swami to come there and take part in the Purnahuti program. He said it was a great privilege to extend greetings and blessings to the people of the region. District Collector, MLAs and officials participated in the programme.
