KARIMNAGAR, OCTOBER 30, 2024: The Siddartha High Schools in various parts of Karimnagar celebrated Diwali on a grand note with a message to celebrate an eco-friendly festival without causing pollution to the environment on Wednesday.
The Students, teachers, and staff came together to create a vibrant atmosphere filled with laughter, excitement, and warmth. Highlights of the celebration were beautiful rangoli designs, diya-making and decoration, energetic dance and music performances. The celebration was a wonderful blend of culture, creativity, and community spirit.
The school celebrated clean and green Diwali with religious zeal. The day commenced with a special morning assembly wherein students delivered speeches on the significance of the festival and the relevance of eco-friendly celebrations. With their enthralling bhajans, they ignited the musical spirit among all. The school wore a festive look with decorated pots, diyas and lanterns adorning the reception and corridors of the school.
Schools chairman Dasari Sripal Reddy offered his warm wishes to both staff and students and reiterated that students should celebrate Diwali in its purest form by lighting earthen lamps and sharing with the less fortunate. He apprised the students to act responsibly and be sensitive towards the essence of their environment and conveyed the message of a pollution-free, clean and safe Diwali.
