

KARIMNAGAR, MARCH 22, 2025: Vivekananda Residential School, witnessed a remarkable display of creativity and innovation at the Robotics Expo, on Saturday (March 22, 2025), where students from various grades demonstrated their cutting-edge projects. The event served as a platform for young minds to showcase their skills in science, technology, and engineering through interactive models and working prototypes.

Among the standout exhibits were the Water Level Indicator, designed to prevent water wastage, the Wireless Orchestra, which allowed musical instruments to be played remotely, a Robotic Arm capable of performing intricate tasks, and a Smart Stick for the Blind, aimed at enhancing mobility and safety for visually impaired individuals, Smart Moving Dustbin, designed to enhance hygiene by automatically approaching waste disposal areas, a Color Sorter that efficiently categorized objects based on color, a War Robot capable of navigating terrains, an FIR Fighting Robot designed to assist in emergency situations, and an advanced Path Memorizing Robot Using AI, which showcased artificial intelligence in navigation and learning patterns.
Each project reflected the students’ problem-solving abilities and their application of scientific concepts to real-world challenges. Students confidently explained the working mechanisms of their projects, demonstrating their understanding of robotics and engineering principles. The interactive nature of the expo allowed parents and visitors to engage with the models, making it an enriching experience for all.
Principal Renuka Balivada and Advisory Member of Managing committee Gandra Laxman Rao expressed their appreciation for the students’ dedication and the teachers’ guidance. They also extended heartfelt gratitude to the parents for their unwavering support, acknowledging their role in encouraging students to explore and innovate. The Robotics Expo concluded on a high note, with encouragement of the Chairman Dr. Polsani Sudhakar Rao and Director (Academics), Dr. T. Lalithakumari. The event not only showcased technological prowess but also reinforced the school’s commitment to nurturing future-ready learners.
