The Centre for IKS aims to promote interdisciplinary research, preserving and disseminating Indian knowledge systems, and applying them to societal challenges. By integrating IKS into education, research, and public awareness, the Centre hopes to make a meaningful impact.
Some of the key strategies the Centre plans to employ include integrating IKS into mainstream education, encouraging interdisciplinary research, raising public awareness, and collaborating with international platforms to promote IKS globally. By leveraging technology, engaging with local communities, and advocating for policy support, the Centre aims to create a vibrant ecosystem that celebrates India’s rich cultural heritage and promotes its application in modern times.
