HYDERABAD, SEPTEMBER 17, 2024: Retired IAS officer I Rani Kumudini has been appointed as the Telangana State Election Commissioner with effect from September 17, 2024.
Accordingly, the state government has issued orders to this effect on Tuesday by issuing a GO number MS no 62 dated September 17, 2024.
Rani Kumudini, the 1998 batch IAS officer is the daughter of late I Pullanna former IPS officer. She worked as Secretary of Social Welfare Residential Schools, Deputy Secretary of Finance, Joint Collector Ranga Reddy district, Collector Ranga Reddy, MD, Housing Corporation, Secretary, State Election Commission, Commissioner, Labour and ILO, Commissioner of Horticulture, Joint Secretary of Agriculture, New Delhi, Chief Executive, NFDB and Special Secretary LETF.
