

KARIMNAGAR, APRIL 13, 2025: There was an overwhelming response to the medical camp organised by IMA Karimnagar chapter as part of ‘Aao Gaon Chale’ in association with the Sanjeevani hospital and Sanjeevani charitable trust in Gundi Gopalraopet village at the government school on Sunday.

The camp was organised under the supervision of Dr Naveen Kumar (general surgeon), Dr M Vijay Lakshmi (gynaecologist) wherein the doctors have detected 200 anemia cases, diabetes cases 130, hypertension cases 150, Heart disease cases 15-20, Joint pains cases 250, Women problems 180, Thyroid problems 50, Skin problems 180 and children’s issues 120 cases.
Other doctors who participated in the medical camp include Dr Ravikanth (paediatrics), Dr Sandhya (dermatologist), Dr Nivedita Nagaraju (Physician) and others participated in the camp. On this occasion, the doctors have provided free diabetes, blood, urine, ECG and other tests free of cost.
The doctors educated the villagers about the importance of staying healthy by adopting good practices of desisting from eating junk food, following a systematic lifestyle of participating in physical activities and more. The camp also distributed medicines free of cost.
