RAMAGUNDAM, SEPTEMBER 01, 2026: As part of its CSR initiatives, NTPC Ramagundam distributed 71 bicycles to Class IX students of four Government High Schools, aimed at supporting their education and facilitating easier access to school.
The occasion also witnessed the inauguration of Yoga and Self-Defence Training programmes for Class VIII and IX students of the participating schools on Tuesday. The initiatives are designed to promote physical fitness, self-confidence, discipline and overall well-being among students.
Smt. Rakhi Samanta, President, Deepti Mahila Samiti (DMS), graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Senior members of DMS, along with parents, teachers and students, actively participated in the programme.
Through such meaningful CSR interventions, NTPC Ramagundam continues to support education while nurturing the holistic development, confidence and well-being of children in the surrounding community.
