RAMAGUNDAM, JUNE 05, 2026: On the occasion of World Environment Day 2026, Dhanwantari Hospital of NTPC Ramagundam & Telangana was honoured by the Telangana State Pollution Control Board (TGPCB) in recognition of its contribution towards environmental conservation and sustainable practices.
The award was presented by Minister for Environment, Forests & Endowments, Government of Telangana, Konda Surekha, during the World Environment Day celebrations on Friday. The award was received by Dr. I. R. Lahri on behalf of NTPC Ramagundam & Telangana.
The recognition reflects NTPC’s continued commitment to environmental stewardship, sustainability, and responsible corporate practices. Through various initiatives in environmental management, pollution control, waste management, green belt development, and community awareness, NTPC Ramagundam & Telangana has consistently worked towards promoting a cleaner and greener environment.
